I wasted a Saturday afternoon trying to speak to someone about my MBNA credit card.  I gave up and decided to report it lost/stolen on the number they advised on the statement.  I ended up wasting even more time! 

I should have realised something wasn't quite right when rang them a couple of months ago to 'activate' my present card.  The guy on the phone that time was decidedly shirty with me when I advised I merely wished to activate the card and not listen to him reading a script offering me house insurance, card insurance, loans etc.

If you are asking about which credit card company to go with - this one comes highly un-recommended.
